• Appointment for a Visit: The admission procedure starts with making an appointment for a visit to the school. The school welcomes parents for visits Monday – Friday from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and Saturdays from 9.00 am to 11.30 am. During your visit you will meet with the admissions office, who will provide details about the school, its pedagogical style, facilities and fee structure, as well as the admissions procedure. And during the visit the new student will also have the opportunity to tour the campus.
• Interactive Assessment: As a part of the participative educational approach, the school has a practice of assessing the child’s preparedness of the applied class through interaction and a written exercise with the child, where they would have a better knowledge of the child’s capability. The Principal would meet the parents along with the child, after which when the parents give their consent the process of admission can occur.
• Online Student Application Form:  In order to apply for the admission, the Online Student Application Form can be accessed at www.online.greenwoodhigh.edu.in. Following which click on the “New Admission” icon to begin the application process. By doing so, an “Application Number” will be provided for subsequent approval, documentation and communication with the school.

Documents Required for Greenwood International School

3. Immunization record (applicable up till Grade V).
4. One recent passport-size photograph of the Student.

Greenwood International School Fee Structure

• Payment Schedule: For half-day programs, the annual school fees are payable in two installments (due on April 1 and October 1). For full-day programs, the annual school fees are payable in three installments.

Late Payment Penalties:

• If total fees are not paid within the stipulated time (with a one-month grace period) then the total fees shall be subject to a surcharge of ₹100 per day.
• If total fees remain unpaid after one month, a fine of ₹200 per day will be charged for the second month.
• Once the second month is up, the child’s name may be struck off the General Register. This will render the child a ‘new admission’ in every respect and require all the formalities associated with this.

Examinations: Students will not be able to sit for any exams unless all fees have been paid in full.

Withdrawal Policies

First Term:

• No notice fee if a written intimation to withdraw is provided by no later than March 31.
• A notice fee of ₹2,500 if the written intimation is provided between April 1 and April 30.
• If the written intimation is received between May 1 to May 15, the notice fee shall be half of the term’s fees.
• If withdrawal occurs after May 15, the total fees payable for the term shall be required.

Second Term:

• No notice fee if written intimation to withdraw has been provided to no later than September 30.
• If written intimation to withdraw occurs between October 1 and October 31, the notice fee shall be half of the term fees.
• After October 31, all fees payable for that term shall be since the information provided has served a notice period of one month from that date.

Important Information

• A student can only change status (i.e., half day to full day/or Daycare or vice versa) once the term has finished.
• The school does not send reminders about payment deadlines. Parents need to make sure to pay on time.

Greenwood International School Eligibility

Eligibility Criteria to join the Greenwood Int’l School is set out below:

• Nursery – An applicant should be at least 2 years and 10 months old for the Nursery admission.
• Grade 1 – An applicant must have a passing mark from kindergarten or equivalent levels in Montessori.
• All other Grades – An applicant to other grades must submit a Previous Grade Pass Marks Cards.
