Pathways World School Academics

Pathways is the very first IB Continuum School in India, allowing students to take the entire educational journey through the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (DP), and Career-related Programme (CP) processes. The knowledge, skills, and understanding that stem from IB programmes and the recognition of these programmes worldwide, provide opportunities through active inquiry, international-mindedness, and critical thinking.

Students can access multiple streams: i.e. PCM, PCB, Commerce, and Arts as part of the DP or CP, with English as the medium of instruction.  Students can participate in a Pre-Term programme lasting 6-9 weeks before the term starts to prepare them to move from one national curriculum like CBSE/ICSE and up-skill them to prepare for the IB curriculum. The nature of the curriculum is a different learning experience for all students and the rigor and flexibility provides students with the opportunity to gain access to the world’s top universities.

Pathways World School Admission Process

Pathways accepts applications for admission at any time, providing an unobstructed and user-friendly process:

• Application: Parents complete our online application, which submits details of the student’s academic record and behaviour to ensure Pathways School can provide suitable support.
• School Tour: Parents and students can view the school in person or virtually (via Zoom) to experience the campus, and find out what organisational structure supports the IB Curriculum.
• G10 and G12 Assessments: The admission decision relies on previous IB Middle Year Programme or Diploma Programme (if possible) reports, a personal interaction to meet your child, and a placement assessment made on our abilities as an institution to provide suitable services to the student.
• Intakes Throughout the Year: Pathways accepts applications for admission throughout the year provided the grade students apply for has availability. For example, the 2025-2026 academic year commencing on July, 17 2025.

This approach does not compromise our organisation, nor does it hinder a student making a smooth transition into our organisation.

Pathways World School Fee Structure

The fee structure for the 2025-2026 academic session reflects the school’s comprehensive offerings. Below is an updated breakdown for key grades:

Additional IB CP Fees:

SCAD Career-related Study, USD 2,343 (to be paid in 5 installments over 2 years).

WACP Career-related Study: USD 1,500 (Artificial Intelligence) or USD 750 (Business Administration) – payable in 2 installments over 2 years.

Note: Fees may change. Transport fees are distance-dependent (₹51,000 to 10 km- ₹60,000 (from 10-20 km)- ₹70,000 (above 20 km)). The refundable security deposit is the equivalent of 2 payments of the relevant composite fee.

Pathways World School Eligibility Criteria

Pathways values students with various educational backgrounds, subject to the following criteria:

• Diverse Curricula: Pathways accepts students in grades 10 and 12 from CBSE, ICSE and international boards.
• Grades 10 and 12 Preference: Pathways prefers students with prior IB MYP/DP experience. Preference will be given to students in grades 10 and 12 based on reports and assessment by previous schools.
• Inclusivity: Pathways is a school accepting students with a variety of learning needs, including English Language Learners. Pathways offers roll-on admissions for Plain and Public students through the academic school year until spaces are filled.

This methodology allows for a wider breadth of applicants to access enrollment.

Pathways World School Required Documents

Once the admissions process has begun, parents will be required to provide:

• Recent photo of the applicant
• Recent photo of parent/guardian
• Year end reports from previous school(s) (required for grades 10 and 12, when applicable)
• Other relevant documents as asked, depending on the students grade and background

These documents will enable Pathways to complete a thorough and fair assessment of students.
