ISB has an inclusive, year-round admission process, with no timeline, welcoming all applicants, while seeking a good fit within the rigour of ISB programs. Priority is also given to siblings of current students, and children of expatriates returning to Bangalore. The admission is processed on a first-come, first-served basis, after the assessment.

• Inquiry & Registration: Complete the online inquiry form found on the school’s portal, pay the non-refunded registration fee (10,000 INR), and receive the application materials. 
• Campus Visit & Interactions: Book a virtual or in-person campus visit, and participate in the campus orientation for parents to learn more about school’s curriculum and ethos. 
• Assessment: Students will be assessed according to their respective grade levels for Pre-KG–Grade 5; assessments include a play-based observation, and for Grades 6–12, a combination of written-testing on English/Math alongside an interview with the student to assess all.
• Offer and Acceptance: Students will be given a conditional offer based on place availability and performance in previous steps, which will be followed by the family submitting the requested documents and paying the admission fee within 7 days to accept their offer. 
• Onboarding: New students will participate in a welcome program upon beginning their new school, as well as completing a health assessment, uniform fitting, and transition to a peer-mentoring experience.
