At Trio World School, admissions are conducted year-round, subject to available seats. We hope to provide a welcoming environment for all families. The admissions process is intended to be simple, fair, and transparent; there are no selective entry criteria other than being of age. First, parents, or prospective parents should contact the admissions office by email, telephone, or WhatsApp. Campus tours are possible for families in and around Bangalore; for families whose homes are outside of Bangalore, or if it is impractical to visit the campus, we offer virtual options like Zoom calls with coordinators.

New students are assigned a buddy from an older grade to help with the transition. Applications and prospectus cost Rs. 2,000. The emphasis is to discuss and understand the strengths and needs of the child in terms of the already completed school academic reports and work from that discussion.

Trio World School Admissions Process

Trio World School’s admissions process is simple and supportive to give applicants a seamless experience. The process begins with inquiring about admissions: the inquiry will result in an email from the admissions team within two working days. Trio World School Eligibility Required

Age criteria of the admission is the only requirement for admission to Trio World School.

• Age-Based Admissions: Admission eligibility is based on the child’s age as of June 1 of the admission year, determined for developmental readiness for the grade.
• From Nursery to Grade 10: The school admits students from Nursery to Grade 10 with the ICSE curriculum, with no articulation saying an upper age limit, only as long as students continue in normal progress.
• Minimum Age for Nursery: Students must be at least 2.5 to 3 years old for Nursery for the fundamental readiness needed to be effective in learning.
• No Entrance Test: The school does not have a requirement for entrance tests. Eligibility is determined based on age, prior scholastic reports (if relevant), and the child’s positive learning attitude and focus on child-centered learning needs, assessed through social interactions with staff.
• Inclusivity & Seat Availability: The school welcomes students from any caste, creed, religion, or background based on sociocultural norms, with no selection criteria. Seats are granted based on availability following a first-come basis (entailing some restrictions for special needs – differential learning).
• Transfer Students: The school accepts children from CBSE, State Board (e.g. Gujarat), IB, IGCSE, or other ICSE institutes with an admission process validating the previous academic reports from the last two years to determine possible placement in the grade.
